First room was tiny for 4 people but staff very helpful to...

First room was tiny for 4 people but staff very helpful to give us a bigger room the next day. Resturant food and bar service much improved since 2 years ago. Pool warm 28c Celsius surrounded by lovely gardens. Shopping centre 10mins walk away.

Early check in and 10% discount not recognized as indicated by Booking.com. WIfi not working on our Samsung devices despite help from staff.

In general terms, the hotel is nice, the food is good, I could go back in the future.

We have received an excellent service from the manager of foods and beverages. He made an outstanding job to make from our christmas dinner a nice moment, specially because we decided at last minute to make our dinner at the hotel, without any reservation. I thank Mr. Sandoval and all his team for everything.

The room maid lady was not so efficient. The bathroom has a problem with the water pressure of the bathroom shower. The rooms are very noisy. All the time we listened to the voices of the adjoining room, there was a family with children and they woke up very early, so we could not sleep well due to the noise.

Loved the city. Our room was way over priced for what was available out there. Do your research.

Food in the corner of the rooms, sewer smell was pretty bad but hey, it's Mexico. Don't depend on staff for a wake up call or accurate info. Double check everything. Too Fay from the action but there is a bank and wonderful supermarket across the street. Great location to catch the buss or taxi. Food in the restaurant was good.

Overall, it was a very good trip!

The style of the hotel was very very cute - hacienda style! It had a mini-golf course and a playground for kids. Everyone was very friendly! The room was comfortable and spacious.

Nice resort hotel. Nice people. Probably will not return

Great taco stand and Asian restaurant/spa across. A convenient store across the street for beer and coffee. Parking is good and convenient.

Restaurant at the hotel was unimaginative and overpriced. The WiFi is poor and aggravating. Wouldn't work in my room and had to sit in the bar for work and research.

I expected a lot better

I like that the hotel has a lot of green areas

The bathroom is too hot and there’s no AC or fan, both of the bedrooms had a gross smell. The restaurante service is very poor, take forever and got everything wrong
